We must face/confront/stand against the emptiness/void/terror, and discover/remember/unearth the unbreakable spirit that lies within/deep inside/at our core.

Insomnia can be heavy weight upon your mind and body. You toss and turn, searching for sleep to come. The hours crawl by, each one an eternity ridden anxieties and disappointment. This constant state of wakefulness leaves you feeling a prisoner in your own bed.

Yearning for Sweet Oblivion

The clutch of oblivion was a siren's call, a whispered promise of escape. To drown in its shadows was to still the incessant cacophony of existence. The world's sharp edges blurred under the influence of its peace.

To truly long oblivion was to yearn for a fleeting respite from the weight of being.
